Franklin Arroyo

Franklin Arroyo was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, and moved to Tampa, Florida at age eight. In 1996, Franklin graduated from King High School where he met his wife and best friend, Wendy. They have been married for 16 years and have a 15-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son.

Franklin has always had a passion for law enforcement and helping people. In 2014, with the support of his family, he was able to pursue the dream of becoming a Law Enforcement Deputywith the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

Franklin has been in the Information Technology field and employed as an IT Manager for the past 12 years. From details with the Aviation Unit to Uniform Patrol and Parade Details, in 2017 Franklin contributed more than 600 hours to the Sheriff’s Office and the community.
