Officer Holly Burroughs

Officer Holly Burroughs began her career with the Temple

Terrace Police Department’s Patrol Division in November 2017. She

exemplifies the police department’s model of Honor, Courage, and

Commitment. She is a police officer who is dedicated to going

above and beyond for the City of Temple Terrace and its citizens.

Officer Burroughs is a natural-born leader, who drives her squadmates

to perform at their best. This is a quality that cannot be

taught but is one that is ingrained in the very essence of who she

is. Officer Burroughs never shies away from taking younger officers under her wing and teaching them

the right way. She always makes herself available to assist on a myriad of calls and never passes up

an opportunity to further her Law Enforcement Education. Officer Burroughs has a servant’s heart and

strives to help those in distress without hesitation. She recognizes the cultural diversity of our city and

treats every person with respect and courtesy.

Officer Burroughs resides with her longtime boyfriend Bobby. Officer Burroughs embodies and

exemplifies every quality desired in a successful law enforcement officer.
